Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us at any time.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance providers and will verify your benefits before beginning care. We also accept HSA and FSA for qualified services.

Is rehab included in care?

Yes. Depending on your diagnostic findings, your care plan may include corrective exercise, performance rehab, or nervous system retraining—all designed to rebuild movement patterns and prevent relapse.
